These are the rules of the game — written plainly, without burying the important parts in footnotes. Please read them before you play.

Eligibility and Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Vegastars Casino. In some jurisdictions the legal gambling age may be higher — it is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your country or region before participating.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you are not located in a restricted territory, and that you are acting on your own behalf rather than on behalf of another person.

Account Registration and Responsibility

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any pending withdrawals being voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We strongly recommend using a unique password not shared with any other service, and enabling two-factor authentication for additional security.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Any attempt to register with false details, including a false name, date of birth, or address, is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact us immediately via live chat so we can secure it. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

We reserve the right to close any account at our discretion if we believe it is being used in a manner that violates these terms, poses a risk to the platform or other players, or is associated with fraudulent or criminal activity.

Deposits and Payments

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where the primary holder is not the account holder, or any payment method that does not belong to you.

The minimum deposit is AU$10 for most payment methods. Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon successful processing. We do not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, and several cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin. Available methods may vary by region. Cryptocurrencies are converted to your account currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

In the event that a deposit is made in error or reversed by your payment provider, we reserve the right to recover any funds already used for wagering. If a chargeback is initiated without our prior knowledge, your account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals and Payouts

You may request a withdrawal of your real money balance at any time, provided your account is fully verified and there are no active bonus conditions that restrict withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount is AU$20. The maximum per transaction is AU$10,000. Requests exceeding this limit can be submitted as multiple withdrawals. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, provided all verification requirements are satisfied. E-wallets and cryptocurrency typically arrive within one hour of processing. Card withdrawals take one to three business days and bank transfers three to five business days, depending on your provider.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all players. In cases where the original method is unavailable, alternative arrangements can be made by contacting support.

We reserve the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing large withdrawals or where unusual patterns of activity are detected. This may result in a temporary delay while we verify the source of funds. We will communicate any such delay promptly and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Spins

All bonuses and promotions offered by Vegastars Casino are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each offer. These include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings.

The standard wagering requirement on bonus funds is 35 times the bonus amount. This means if you receive AU$100 in bonus funds, you must wager AU$3,500 before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable real money. Free spin winnings are also subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion.

Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes and to reward player loyalty. Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using software to exploit wagering patterns, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have already claimed it, we will honour the bonus under the terms that were in place at the time of claiming.

Bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion, typically between 7 and 30 days. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account on expiry. Free spins typically expire within 24 to 72 hours of being credited.

The daily cashback of 10% on net losses is credited as real money with no wagering requirements. It is calculated at midnight and credited the following morning. The cashback applies to net losses only — if you are in profit over the calculation period, no cashback is issued.

Fair Play and Game Rules

All games on the Vegastars Casino platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and approved. The outcomes of all games are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Intellectual Property

All content on the Vegastars Casino platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software, game content, text, and data — is owned by or licensed to Vegastars and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any platform content.

Game content is provided by third-party software studios and remains the intellectual property of those studios. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content may result in civil or criminal liability.

The Vegastars name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Vegastars. You may not use our trademarks in any way without our express written consent.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Vegastars Casino platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

Fraud and financial crime — including using stolen payment methods, processing fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or any other activity that uses the platform to obscure the origin of funds.

Cheating and collusion — including using bots or automated software, exploiting software vulnerabilities, coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or any other form of unfair play.

Multiple accounts — creating more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

Misrepresentation — providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or submitting altered or forged documents.

Harassment and abuse — directing abusive, threatening, or offensive language or behaviour toward other players or our staff. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy on this and reserve the right to close accounts immediately without warning.

Limitation of Liability

Vegastars Casino provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable, secure, and available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the complete absence of technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vegastars will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical faults, payment delays caused by third-party providers, or losses resulting from your own decisions while gambling.

Our total liability to you in any circumstance will not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law — for example, in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.

Disputes and Complaints

For live chat queries, we typically respond immediately. For email complaints, you can expect a response within 24 hours. If your complaint involves a complex issue such as a disputed game outcome or a large payment, we may need up to 10 business days to conduct a full investigation.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any legal dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process or regulatory escalation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these terms and any translated version, the English version will prevail.

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If we choose not to act on a breach of these terms, we retain the right to do so at a later date.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, and any specific game rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vegastars Casino in relation to your use of the platform.

You may not transfer or assign any of your rights or obligations under these terms to any other person. We may transfer our rights and obligations to a third party without your consent, provided that doing so does not adversely affect your rights under these terms.
